What to do? You're on the market but not getting any offers

It's okay...  it happens. You're on the market and despite all assurances, you don't have an offer and a sale is looking like a very distant event.

There are three factors that will determine every real estate result: Presentation, Price and Marketing.

If you're stressed about your marketing campaign and getting a bad feeling about the whole affair, stop whatever you're doing, call your agent and suggest an immediate meeting because one or more of the three factors needs some tweaking.
